Full Playlist: Season 1 of the CRIB – Child Rights in Business Podcast

Season 1 of the CRIB Podcast covers a wide range of topics that are critical to the success and well-being of businesses and communities, including family-friendly workspaces, innovative solutions to social and environmental challenges, and the Mother and Child-Friendly Seal for Responsible Business (also simply known as the "Seal initiative"), which promotes the health and well-being of mothers and children on tea plantations in Sri Lanka. For the first season of our podcast, we will be focusing on the tea sector.


Co-hosts for this season are Shyamali Gnanasena, Senior Technical Advisor Child Rights and Ahila Thillainathan, Country Director, The Centre for Child Rights & Business in Sri Lanka. The Mother- and Child-Friendly Seal for Responsible Business launched by The Centre for Child Rights and Business (The Centre) in 2022 is an activity-based certification initiative. The Seal Initiative aims to strengthen the commitment and capacity of businesses to create a family-friendly supply chain and encourages businesses to make meaningful investments in women’s and children’s wellbeing.
