MY Voice, a four-year USDOL-funded project, works in Malaysia to combat forced labour and child labour in the palm oil and garment industries. The project does this by increasing worker voice in social compliance systems, increasing access to remedy, and improving local capacity to identify, remediate, and prevent labour abuses.
SAI is the lead grantee and The Centre for Child Rights and Business is one of the programme implementers responsible for the development, launch and management of a Child Rights Action Hub. This Hub enables private sector actors – retailers, brands, suppliers – and community service providers to engage in joint activities to address child labour risks in their supply chains.
We're excited to announce that the MY Voice project now has its own Facebook page, where regular updates on the projects key milestones and achievements are shared.
