Improving Lives Across Supply Chains: Our Year in Review

A challenging year draws to a close, but thanks to the commitment of our clients, partners and supporters, we are proud to have continued to advance long-term, positive change in global supply chains.

As the infographic below shows, people linked to supply chains are benefiting in tangible ways from business investment in their well-being and in building supply chain capacity to better understand and respond to workers’ needs. Children are back in education; suppliers are strengthening their ability to meet client and worker expectations; vulnerable youth are accessing decent jobs; and parents – particularly women – feel more supported at work and better able to strengthen relationships with their children. Women have also benefited from safer, more supportive workplaces that accommodate their needs as workers and as mothers.

When times get tough, we double down, not step back. Thank you to everyone who has made this possible in 2025.
