The Centre Launches New Website

Since changing our name from CCR CSR to ‘The Centre for Child Rights and Business’ (‘The Centre’ for short) in January 2021, we’ve been working hard to develop a new website to showcase our work to advance child rights in supply chains across different industry sectors, commodities and countries.

Our new website www.childrights-business.org takes on a new look with re-designed pages, improved navigation, searchable maps and country profiles, child rights resources, case studies, videos and stories, and more, to bring our work to life.

The new website is packed with new and updated content and resources covering  a broad range of child rights and business issues, with search filters added to help you find the specific information you’re looking for.

Highlights of new features, functionality and content include:

  • Enhanced Services Section helping you easily connect a child rights issue in your supply chain to The Centre’s service areas and support

  • Interactive maps, and country profiles summarising child rights risks at key sourcing locations, as well as details of how The Centre can support and information on our in-country programmes

  • A new Impact Section featuring up-to-date details on our global projects to show how these translate into actions on the ground, including stories and videos highlighting impacts our work has created for our business clients and also for families, children and young workers

  • Resources section containing a wealth of useful information, including our own heavily researched in-house studies, external child rights-focused publications and guides, COVID-19 updates highlighting the impact on industry, parents and children; and case studies that show the business case of supporting family-friendly initiatives.

  • Updated Meet the team page with additional board member information, makes it easier for you to get to know our global team and organisation.

All of the many photos featured on the new website are taken during implementation of The Centre’s various child rights projects underway in factories and farms.

We hope that you’ll agree that the new website is easier to navigate, that it’s representational of the wide range of services and support we offer to protect and advance child rights  and that it ultimately helps you easily find the information you’re looking for.

Going forward, expect to find regular updates on our country pages pertaining to our various projects and collaborations, more case studies, videos, guides, feedback and resources. We also plan to create a dedicated members’ area for CRIB Working Group members to easily access our tools and resources.

Please take a few minutes to explore our new website at www.childrights-business.org.
