New Dates, New Topics — The Learning Lab Online Training Offering is Expanding

It turns out we weren’t the only ones who thought practical, no-nonsense training on human rights due diligence was overdue.

Following strong uptake and positive feedback from our first Learning Lab sessions, we’re adding new courses and dates — shaped directly by what companies and suppliers are asking for right now: practical tools that actually work on the ground.

Because let’s face it — expectations are rising, regulations are evolving and supply chains aren’t getting any simpler.

New training: Managing young workers responsibly (Chinese)

Peak season is coming and with it, a familiar challenge.

Across many supply chains, increased labour demand coincides with more 16–17-year-olds seeking work. Managed well, this can be a win-win. Managed poorly… it quickly becomes a compliance and reputational risk.

That’s where systems matter.

This live, interactive training is designed to help suppliers confidently hire and manage young workers — safely, responsibly, and in line with buyer expectations.

Dates: 12 May & 23 June 2026

Time: 14:00–17:00 CST

Format: Online (live)

Language: Chinese

Duration: 3 hours

Price: 130 USD/person

What participants will gain:

  • Clear understanding of child labour vs. permissible young worker employment

  • Practical systems for age verification, safe job allocation and supervision

  • Tools to manage working hours, risks and compliance requirements

  • Real case studies from complex supply chain settings

The focus is simple: turning standards into systems that work in real operations — especially when it matters most.

Now in English: Child Labour Prevention & Remediation (CLPR) Training for Suppliers

After repeated demand, we’re also opening up one of our most established trainings to a wider audience.

Our Child Labour Prevention & Remediation (CLPR) training — built on 15 years of on-the-ground experience — is now available in English.

Because preventing and addressing child labour isn’t optional anymore. And guessing your way through it was never a good strategy.
