WeCare and Child Friendly Spaces for Family-Friendly Workplaces – 2021 Programme Impact and Achievements

In 2021, The Centre implemented WeCare in four countries (Bangladesh, China, Turkey and Vietnam) delivering activities that not only benefited parent workers, children and young workers, but also created positive impact for all business partners involved.

For brands and retailers, sponsoring implementation of WeCare in your supply chain is an important investment in worker well-being, helps strengthen resilience and builds capacity in your supply chain. It’s an effective way to integrate child rights into your responsible busines strategy and to meet sustainability commitments such as those related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, UNGPHR and the Child Rights and Business Principles.

Please download our 2021 WeCare and Child Friendly Spaces brochure below to learn more about the positive impact WeCare creates, key achievements from 2021 and details on how the programme works.
