Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Admin Officer to support The Centre's continued growth. We are looking for a candidate to assist The Centre in all aspects of administrative tasks. The successful candidate should be an organised person, have a problem-solving attitude and be able to work independently as well as with the team. Our Admin officer will work closely with all teams at The Centre to effectively bring across the admin work, impact and outcomes, to improve the company procedure and contribute to our staff in the longer term.
This role is a full-time post and will be based in Hong Kong.
The position includes but is not limited to the following specific tasks:
Plan and arrange meetings and conference calls
Keep a clear record of all contracts signed and pending
Maintain the weekly schedule of the CEO, supporting her travel arrangements, expense claims and timesheet
Study company policies and procedures, arranging reviews with the CEO annually to make sure all policies are up to date and easily accessible to staff
Insurance knowledge (all kinds of insurance)
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating/assisting preparation of documents, analysing data, and finding solutions
Manage general office admin
Other duties as requested
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field of administration
Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with both Windows and Mac system
Experience using Zoom meetings and Dropbox is a plus
English is the working language; fluency in English is therefore a must
Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks with different deadlines
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
An excellent communicator with a strong eye for detail
Up to date on company policies and procedures once onboard
Self-motivated and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team
Willing to accept new information/knowledge and fast learner
