Growing the Child Rights Changemaker Community in Malaysia's Palm Oil Sector with the Child Rights Action Hub

The Child Rights Action Hub is also working on the Child Rights Changemaker Programme, a practical, supplier-led initiative that helps palm oil producers identify and address child rights risks within their supply chains.

The programme recognises the realities of smallholder production, informal labour and complex sourcing networks. It supports producers to assess risks, establish context-relevant priorities, engage lower-tier partners and strengthen human rights due diligence practices over time.

Participating companies can access tools, training and technical support to improve visibility across lower-tier suppliers, reduce operational and reputational risks, strengthen responsible sourcing practices and demonstrate credible human rights due diligence leadership.
